You know, I really could not give two shits about AngryJoe, if you must know the truth. It looked like he was involved in some shady raffle racket, so I ran a story by a guest contributor (Josh Bray) on the perils of being a stupid fuck like Joe. The author of the piece was trying to warn others, so that they wouldn’t go down the same path of ignorance. Well, this rubbed some of these AngryJoeShow “Army” types the wrong way, and they’ve been pissed at me ever since. These guys actually have ranks and talk in military-speak…the whole nine yards. Anf that’s fine, if you enjoy that sort of thing. But after I ran another piece on Joe going off on GamerGate, they apparently decided to attack my site. That’s (likely) why it’s been offline a large portion of the day.
I have some screenshots of one of their insiders talking about their plans. The guy who gave them to me is removed. I don’t have the original Teamspeak pics yet, but they’re probably out there. This isn’t definitive proof that they attacked my site, but I think it’s safe to say that it’s pretty good circumstantial evidence lol. It also seems like AngryJoe might have a few other ethical lapse we hadn’t heard about before. Bethesda is on Line 1, Joe.
I’m not sure what all is going on over at AngryJoeShow “Army” Headquarters, but attacking my site is not the answer, if that’ what in fact happened here. My site was definitely attacked, and they were talking about attacking it. So, I have to reasonably suspect that they may have some involvement. I don’t think that’s being sensationalist. Also, I encourage people to look into these other issues. I have no knowledge of them, so I can’t say whether there’s any merit to the claims, or not. But these guys seem awfully desperate to shut these investigations down. Where there is smoke…
ALSO: AngryJoe posted a ranting screed where he attacked anons, 8chan, me (although not specifically) and Adam Baldwin among others. You can read it here, if you’d like. He did relent and decide to allow GamerGate discussion on his board, so I suppose we must give some credit there. But the statement itself was unhinged. Don’t skip your next dose, Joe.
