SMEAR: When You Search “Racist” on Twitter, President Trump is the Top Result

Here’s a quick hit before go off to play some Breath of the Wild. I’m going to come back and roundup the Rotterdam madness later on tonight, but first let me show you how Twitter has decided to treat its most prominent user, the 45th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump.

When you search the term “racist” on mobile, Trump is what you receive…

I checked this for myself, and it’s true. And if you search on desktop, he’s the first user shown under the “people” tab:

I guess this is just par for the course when it comes to the way Twitter treats Trump, but it’s still pretty shocking. It’s possible that this is some kind of algorithm thing based on what unhinged “progressives” are tweeting out, but still. It’s pretty fucked up.

Given the sheer volume of prog whinging in his @replys calling him racist he may very well be topping that search result holistically rather than as some sort of deliberate plot by twatter itself. Not that it really matters at this point because even if it is yet another deliberate plot then it’s just another drop in the bucket so far as twatter’s bullshit goes.

It’s amusing to see the crazy lengths social media sites are going to in order to hand progs a megaphone so that they can continue to try and appear more numerous and agreed with than they actually are. When these companies say they’re worried about our shitposts “silencing” these people they mean it, they know how sensitive progs are and how broken their morale currently is.

But how can you deny that the 7 Moslem (majority) countries (out of 57) which don’t/can’t give us significant background checks constitute a race???????????????

  • Toastrider

    And this surprises you why?

Come on, Ralph. Twitter’s made its political bones QUITE clear. I could almost respect them if they didn’t keep pushing the lie of ‘oh, we’re all for free speech!’.

  • Grust

I don’t use Twitter but I’m not that shocked.

Trump isn’t racist. Criticizing non-whites doesn’t make you a racist and speaking the ugly truth about some illegal immigrants doesn’t mean all immigrants are bad. People on the Left seem to think that because some illegal immigrants are good, decent, hard working people that they are representative of all immigrants and therefore our immigration laws should just not apply. Fuck it, why even have borders at all, right? Oh wait, it’s for national security and the proper control of tax payer dollars!

Surely this is defamation. If they give the algorithm excuse Twitter will have to fix this ASAP, but somehow I doubt this will happen.

Weird, the second person who came up was “Hater of Racism”. Guess that shows Twitter’s true colors.

  • Quise

I wonder if it’s because Trump has a real life nazi as his top adviser? Or the fact that Trump is worshiped by white nationalists? Or is the marked increase in race related crimes occurred as Trump has risen to prominence? Naaaaaaaah, it’s just Twitter’s search algorithm assaulting the fat neckbeards who think Trump is just great. Yep, that’s what it is…..

    • Danny Harrell

I find it ironic that you chose out of all things race related crimes increase as strike against the POTUS and his party line when it seems irl the increase is caused his political opponents
