I might not be an expert on bringing the country together. In fact, I know I’m not. Still, I don’t think calling half of your opponents supporters “racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, [and] Islamaphobic” is the way to acheive a peaceful polity. That’s just what Hillary Clinton did at a recent fundraiser. Not only that, she did it right after she made the bring the country together claim. Needless to say, that now seems to be a bunch of bullshit.
Hillary Clinton told an audience of donors Friday night that half of Donald Trump’s supporters fall into “the basket of deplorables,” meaning people who are racist, sexist, homophobic or xenophobic.
In an effort to explain the support behind Trump, Clinton went on to describe the rest of Trump supporters as people who are looking for change in any form because of economic anxiety and urged her supporters to empathize with them.
“To just be grossly generalistic, you can put half of Trump supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables,” Clinton said. “Right? Racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic, you name it.”
She added, “And unfortunately, there are people like that and he has lifted them up. He has given voice to their websites that used to only have 11,000 people, now have 11 million. He tweets and retweets offensive, hateful, mean-spirited rhetoric.”
Clinton then said some of these people were “irredeemable” and “not America.”
Irredeemable? I don’t think I’ve ever used that term to describe anyone here on this site. I even (mistakenly, given what we saw in the CON leaks) gave that rat Ian Miles Cheong a chance to reform. Hell, I would give pretty much anyone that same chance, unless it was a Sarah Butts-like character. But in HillaryWorld, half of Trump’s supporters are complete scum who aren’t even American! I’m glad a lying, fraudulent, pompous prattler who thinks the country owes her the presidency now gets to decided who a real American is.

Keep in mind, this was what she was saying just a day or so ago….
In a new ad to be broadcast in North Carolina and six other states, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton says she has ability to solve problems by bringing people together.
“Donald Trump says he alone can fix the problems we face. Well I don’t believe that’s how you get things done in our country,” Clinton says in the ad. “It takes Democrats and Republicans working together.”
Among her accomplishments, she cites creating the Children’s Health Insurance Program, which provides coverage for 8 million children; and rebuilding New York City after Sept. 11.
“We have to bring people together. That’s how you solve problems,” she says.
Clinton says one thing to the public and another when she’s behind closed doors with her fat-cat donors. She cannot be trusted with the power of the presidency.
