From the NY Post:

Panic ensued at John F. Kennedy Airport on Sunday night after cops received reports of shots fired at two different terminals, sparking a massive evacuation.

The calls came in separately — the first a little after 9:30 p.m. in the departure area of Terminal 8 and the second at around 10:15 p.m. in Terminal 1 — leading to a massive law enforcement hunt for an armed individual.

Authorities were unable to confirm the reports, though, and nobody was arrested, according to the Port Authority Police Department.

NYPD Emergency Services Unit officers with automatic weapons were spotted scouring the area as passengers took cover outside cement traffic barriers.

    1. There probably wasn’t anyone shooting anything. If they found evidence on security cameras and could identify the person they would have arrested them by now. If they couldn’t find them or identify them they would release images to the news for public help finding them.

Security footage shows nothing… At all. There may have been a bang sound but its looking less and less likely it was a firearm or explosive device.
