Brianna Wu’s campaign to become a member of the United States House of Representatives has, as any sane person would have predicted, been revealed to be a massive joke. Despites hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of dollars worth of free advertising through media shilling, Wu has managed to raise only $41,770 through the end of last year. $41,206 of that was spent, leave the campaign’s “cash on hand” number at a hilariously low $453.

(Note: Alphabet employees gave Wu over $1000.)

The first quarter 2018 report is due by the middle of this month, so we will be getting more data very soon. I don’t expect things have picked up very much, though. Check out the “ads” (in reality, YouTube vids) Wu is running.

It you haven’t seen it yet, I would highly recommend it. I say, without hesitation, that it is the worst political ad I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Of course, the voters of Massachusetts’s 8th Congressional District never have to worry about seeing it on their local TV station. $453 doesn’t buy ad-time.

The beatdown Wu is on pace to take this fall is staggering. I would be shocked if Wu gets over 1000 votes, much less challenges the very powerful incumbent, Rep. Stephen Lynch. I can’t wait for this psychopath to spin it as some kind of moral victory. Please, for the love of comedy, come out there and give some insane concession speech. Then, go away forever.
