I’ve never cared for Carly Fiorina. She was a failure as CEO of Hewlett-Packard (HP), and she’s been a failure as a politician as well. In her 2010 U.S. Senate race against Barbara Boxer, she got her ass handed to her time and time again. She lost by 10 points, and yes I know it was in deeply Democratic California, but still. She was a terrible candidate. I know because I watched the debates. The main thrust of her presidential campaign so far has been that she has a vagina, and because of that, she would be more suited to take on Hillary Clinton than any of the other Republican hopefuls. That’s the rationale for her candidacy. Oh, and she talks about her HP tenure a lot, but that was a complete disaster (current HP chief Meg Whitman says she’s unqualified to be president, by the way).

I know most of you realize this already, but just in case you didn’t know how bad her CEO run was, here’s a reminder

The many, many people who believe she was a disastrous CEO—and that group would include me—observe that she doubled revenue and employment simply by buying a large company, Compaq, in a deal that was a huge loser for HP shareholders. Her claim of going “from a laggard to a leader in every product category” is distinctly odd, since HP was already the overwhelming leader in printers when she arrived, and by the time she left, the company still didn’t dominate any other business. Increasing patents is nice, but only if it pays off for shareholders, which it didn’t. Neither did anything else during her tenure. The stock dropped, and while she likes to point out that her time was a tough period for tech firms, it was a lot tougher for HP shareholders than for those of IBM, Dell, or the S&P tech index. She underperformed them all.

So, she sucked as a businesswoman and she sucks as a politician. The only thing that holds up is her claim to have a vagina. I will take Ms. Fiorina’s word on that one, but I don’t think that’s sufficient enough to be president. It’s also not a reason that she should be able to bully her way into the GOP debate on Saturday. But that’s exactly what she’s trying to do…

“It is time for the RNC to act in the best interest of the Party that it represents,” Fiorina wrote in a letter to the RNC. “There are only 8 candidates left. It’s time for the RNC to demand that media executives step aside and let voters hear from all of us.”

She extrapolated on those comments in an interview with The Hill. “It’s hard to justify a single candidate, the only woman, being excluded, she said.

Well, first off, she’s not the only candidate left on the Republican side. Jim Gilmore is still around, and he has just as much chance of becoming president as she does. Which is to say, he doesn’t have a chance at all. Plus, using the “I’m a woman” card is an SJW tactic that shouldn’t hold support with anyone, much less conservatives.

You’d guess the right wing establishment is shitting all over this proposal, right?

Wrong.

No, Newt. The fact of the matter is, she hasn’t earned a spot. Here’s the criteria to get into the debate on Saturday. Fiorina doesn’t qualify, it’s as simple as that

1) Place among the top three candidates ranked according to the popular vote in the Iowa Republican caucuses on Feb. 1, 2016. (OR)

2) Place among the top six candidates in an average of New Hampshire Republican presidential polls recognized by ABC News. To be included, polls must be conducted no earlier than Jan. 1, 2016, and must be released to the public before 5 p.m. ET on Feb. 4, 2016. Poll averages will not be rounded. (OR)

3) Place among the top six candidates in an average of national Republican presidential polls recognized by ABC News. To be included, polls must be conducted no earlier than Jan. 1, 2016, and must be released to the public before 5 p.m. ET on Feb. 4, 2016. Poll averages will not be rounded.

Her SJW-speak should not be allowed to carry the day. I don’t give one single shit that she’s a woman. You either qualify, or you don’t. The way she’s trying to bully her way into the debate this weekend is actually kind of pathetic. She has no shot to be president, and she didn’t meet the criteria. The way the Republican establishment is falling all over itself to have her included is shameful. Repeating feminist talking points in order to get your way should be called out at every turn. Grow a backbone, you cuckservative losers.
