I did a short interview last night. It was conducted by @The_Last_Ride1, and I had a great time doing it. One of the questions he asked me plays into all the drama that’s come out this morning about Sargon, Skype groups, and all that lovely shit. It was, “If there was one thing about GamerGate you could change, what would it be?” Here’s my answer below, time-stamped for your pleasure:
In case you didn’t listen, I said that I think we should quit worrying about what other people are doing on the tag. This whole thing about “You’re not GamerGating right” has got to end. The infighting is dumb, especially this latest round. Some might look at these words and laugh, given the things I’ve published. Examine the record, though. The only times I’ve attacked someone (except once, with Liana K) is when they went at me first. Even still, I’m going to try to move away from responding to every hater here on the site. I’ll still blast people here and there on Twitter, there’s no doubt. But the witch-hunt mentality needs to end. The numbers have diminished and we can no longer afford to indulge in that sort of thinking.

I like Sargon of Akkad and I always have. As I said on Twitter, he’s always done right by me. Do I agree with him on every issue? No. I don’t. That doesn’t make me want to dig through his past, or look into his Kickstarter, though. I just respectfully disagree, then move on. Why am I able to do that with him and not with some of the others you read about here? Well, it’s simple. He’s always approached me with respect, and I’ve treated him in kind. I like a couple of the people critiquing him as well, but I don’t co-sign the attacks they’re making here. I see Sargon as an ally and I think most other people in GamerGate do as well. Can we not just move on from this?
I know that’s what I’m about to do. I have so much shit to talk about, that wasting time on all this nonsense in not in the cards anymore. I know that people were feeding me these leaks like I’m supposed to care. I don’t think they show anything untoward, though. If others want to continue to bang that drum, then by all means, go ahead. It’s not for me. I have SJWs to trash and free speech to defend. That’s my mandate and I intend to fulfill it.
