I’ve been out of town for a week, as almost all of you know by now. I thank you for being patient while I had fun over in England, but it’s time to get back to work. I will have one final post on my trip this morning, followed by another visit with our old friend Blowey Zoe Quinn. But first, let’s talk about the crazy quotes coming from Cologne, Germany. If by some chance you missed this story, here’s a decent recap from an eyewitness for you all to peruse before we get to the batshit insane quote:

I was at Cologne on New Year’s Eve with my boyfriend. Upon arriving at 10pm at the train station, I felt afraid the moment I saw the strange behaviour of the people around me.

The main station was full of wobbly teenagers and young adults, of all ages, some possibly below 18, very drunk and unaware of their whereabouts. Some had already passed out on the floor in their own vomit…

We walked towards the exit of the station towards the cathedral, only to be welcomed by a huge crowd blocking the exits…

You had to be wary of the hundreds of fireworks set off around you by drunk people even while walking normally through the streets, and many of the fireworks soared into the air for a brief second only to explode near other mobs on ground level…

I saw a group of older foreign men go up to a group of younger girls (they looked under 18) in the underground train and started pushing them around and touching them, and the girls stumbled near to the train tracks. But thankfully a German man stood up and defended them, so the girls were able to run away.

Apparently, actions like the ones described above were widespread on New Year’s Eve in Cologne. The mayor of the city had some ideas on what to do. BLAME THE WOMEN, OF COURSE!

Germany has been shocked by the apparently coordinated crime wave, in which Cologne police received more than 100 criminal complaints from women who said they had been sexually assaulted or robbed by gangs of men of Arab or North African appearance in the city center during New Year’s Eve festivities…

Police have said that about a quarter of the complaints related to sexual assaults, including a rape, and that they believed the assaults were probably intended to distract the victims, allowing attackers to steal mobile phones and other devices.

Similar attacks were reported in Hamburg on New Year’s Eve, with 39 reported sexual assaults and 14 robberies, according to police in the city, while police in Stuttgart said two women had reported their phones were missing after they were assaulted by a group of men of Arab appearance during New Year’s festivities there…

Cologne Mayor Henriette Reker appeared to pour oil on the fire with her remarks at a news conference Tuesday…

When asked how women could protect themselves, she suggested keeping “a certain distance of more than an arm’s length” from unknown men.

She reiterated her advice at an appearance on German public service broadcaster ZDF’s “Heute Journal” program Tuesday, when she said: “Women would also be smart not to go and embrace everyone that you meet and who seems to be nice. Such offers could be misunderstood, and that is something every woman and every girl should protect herself from.”

As you can see, there’s a lot of crazy to go around. Before we move on, imagine for a second that the mayor of Cologne had said these things about gangs of roving white men. You might not have that good of an imagination, though. Because the fact of the matter is, white men would never be afforded that same defense in this day and age. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think they should be. The point is all this is being done in the name of political correctness. It’s gotten so bad that even some progressives are starting to see just how bad their cult of multiculturalism has gotten.

Keep in mind that I am not an opponent of multiculturalism, per se. I just think that people should be assimilated into the society they wish to join, not the other way around. If you don’t want to be a part of your new country and learn its customs and things like that, then you need to stay in your birthplace. It’s not that you can’t bring any of your home culture, but you have to realize that you’re coming to join another nation. You’re not allowed to break off a piece of it to make it like the one you just came from. At least, that shouldn’t be tolerated. Incidents like the Cologne sex assault spree show me that this attitude is now starting to have major negative consequences.

But wait, you haven’t heard the best part of this creepy episode just yet. Now, apparently the interior minster for the state of North Rhine-Westphalia (where Cologne is based) thinks that statements by right-wing websites are at least as bad 100’s of sexual assaultsAt least! I guess that means that he actually believes these mean words could be worse than sex assault. He sounds like a completely logical and well-adjusted human being.

Ralf Jaeger, interior minister for North Rhine-Westphalia, said police had to “adjust” to the fact that groups of men had attacked women en masse.
Mr. Jaeger also warned that anti-immigrant groups were trying to use the attacks to stir up hatred against refugees.
“What happens on the right-wing platforms and in chat rooms is at least as awful as the acts of those assaulting the women,” he said. “This is poisoning the climate of our society.”
Call me crazy, but it might actually be the violent sex fiends poisoning your society and not the right-wing websites who you compared them too. Why is it so hard to just admit what happened without taking on conservatives and nationalists? Some people are so deep in the SJW dogma that they can’t imagine owning up to what’s going on in their own backyard. I can only imagine what kinds of head-scratching quotes we’e gonna see as 2016 rolls along…but this one is gonna be hard to beat for a long while.
