After everything I’ve read on this case, I would say this is the correct decision. The local district attorney there in Charlotte is laying out some details that were not known to the public before today which make the decision look even more solid. This was the right call.

DA is now going over the false claims made by "witnesses." Many of these people didn't see the shooting… some were even inside

.@CharMeckDA: "Mrs. Scott says her husband didn't have a gun, we must be weigh her statements against the evidence."

.@CharMeckDA: "A month before the shooting there were text messages between Mr. and Mrs. Scott arguing about a gun."

Of course, the usual suspects are already crying about the 100% fair and correct decision.
Whenever these prosecutors do press conferences with long, drawn out explanations and "plaining", that means no indictment #KeithScott

Yes, because thoroughly explaining the situation is a bad thing. You just know that Tariq Nasheed would be complaining about it if they did a quick and crisp press conference as well.
The DA's in NC are making these long, far reaching justifications about #KeithScott case. They are using the "I'm white & I say so" rule
— Tariq Nasheed 🇺🇸 (@tariqnasheed) November 30, 2016
NC is an open carry state yet race soldiers can execute Black ppl in possession of a gun,by ASSUMING if the gun is legal or not #KeithScott

When you’re a racist like Tariq, it’s always about race…never the facts.
