I’m going to go ahead and do a short rundown of GamerGate in Toronto from the other day. I meant to get to it, but I got caught up. Since I’ve done reports on most of the other meetups, it’s only fair that I cover this one as well. Plus it looks like everyone had a lot of fun. It’s always good to share fun, unless you’re Jihad Jonathan McIntosh. Then, having fun is a bad thing, and you should all reflect on your privilege.

Like I said in the open, this meetup looked like a lot of fun. I wish I could have been there. Thank you to everyone who came out to support GamerGate. Meetings like this are important for morale as well as networking. Plus, it’s always nice to actually see some of the people you’ve been talking to online for months. I know I enjoyed #GGinDC throughly, and it looks like the other get-together have had that same spirit. Keep it up, people.
